I have always wanted a water feature in my garden but every time i go to the store to look at some options, the ready made fountains seems to cost a lot of money. I think the main reason i have wanted a water feature is due to the calming effect that is often associated with running or trickling water.
Water features are beautiful as well as calming and peaceful. all you need is Water tight container (Rubbermaid storage container was used here), Fountain pump (we chose a solar powered pump) ,Several flat concrete pavers, depending on the size of your container.,Rocks of different sizes,Plant tolerant of water, such as a water grass so if you can get hold of these parts or maybe you have some of these parts lying around at home this is a great project for you to do this spring.
